I created this site in response to all the guru marketing hype designed to separate you from your money to learn real estate investing based on their goals not yours.  Most sites have a standard formula for success that teaches you how to do exactly what they did to become successful.  The problem is that you are NOT them.  And they don’t tell you that less than 5% of their ‘students’ ever do a real estate deal.  This site is designed for YOU, for YOUR goals and YOUR success, not theirs.
